The service
Myskillgrid is a practice tool for interview preparation. It uses AI to ask questions, evaluate answers, review resumes and suggest practice. AI feedback can be imperfect: use your own judgment, and always check any rewritten resume before you use it.
No guarantee of outcomes
Scores, readiness levels and recommendations are estimates to help you practice. They do not guarantee an interview, a job offer or any result.
Your account and content
Keep your login private. Upload only resumes and information you have the right to use. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your resume; our rewrites only reword what you provide.
Institute and college accounts
Institutes and colleges can create batches and invite students with a code. They may use the progress students share only to help those students prepare, and must not share it with anyone outside their staff. An institute plan covers practice for students in its batches while it is active, from the plan's shared monthly allowance and within the same fair-use limits.
Fair use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to break it, share accounts, or use automated tools to extract content. Institute plans have daily fair-use limits per student to keep the service fast for everyone.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Every plan is a one-time payment — packs and institute plans don't renew. Pack credits last 30 days from your latest purchase; credits not used by then expire. Every plan can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase if it hasn't been used yet; see our refund policy for the details.
Inviting friends
Each account has a personal invite link, shown in Settings. When someone signs up with your link and makes their first purchase on Myskillgrid, you get one free full mock interview. Only that friend's first purchase counts, once per friend, and you can earn up to 5 free interviews a calendar month. A free interview from an invite lasts 30 days, like pack credits, and has no cash value. You can't invite yourself, including through another address for the same inbox. If your friend's purchase is refunded and you haven't used the free interview yet, we remove it. Your friend gets nothing extra for now. We may withhold or remove credits earned by misusing invites, and we may change or end the invite program; credits already earned stay usable until they expire.
Sharing your skill card
You can make a public link to a snapshot of your readiness and top skill scores. Anyone with the link can see it, so share it only where you're happy for it to be seen. You can remove it at any time in Settings.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the service and will show the update date here. You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
