For training institutes and colleges
Know where every student stands before placement season
Your students practice mock interviews for their exact job. You see each one's readiness and the skills your whole batch finds hard, so trainers can coach where it counts.
- Free for your first 5 students
- Students join in under a minute
- You see scores, never answers
What you get
A placement dashboard that fills itself
Every interview a student takes updates their profile. Your dashboard shows the result without anyone filling in a spreadsheet.
Batches with one code
Create a batch for a job, such as Java Full Stack or Staff Nurse, and share its code or link. Students join in a minute.
Readiness for every student
See each student's readiness for the batch's job, their weakest skill and when they last practiced, weakest first.
What the batch finds hardest
The skills most of your students are weak in, so trainers can plan the next class around real gaps.
Practice on your plan
While your institute plan is active, students practice interviews and drills without paying, within fair-use limits.
Interview intelligence
Scores your trainers can trust
Every student is scored on the same six weighted criteria, and questions come from the batch job's skill map. So a score of 60 means the same for every student, and a rising batch average means real progress.
How scoring works- Skill by skill. Weak areas are named precisely, such as "Spring Boot · REST APIs", not just "Java".
- Follow-ups. A memorized answer gets probed, as in a real panel.
- Who needs support. Readiness for every student, and when each one last practiced.
How it works
Set up in five minutes
- 01
Create a batch
Name it and pick the job your students are preparing for. You get an 8-character code and a link.
- 02
Students join
They sign up, enter the code and agree to share their progress with you. Their target job is set for them.
- 03
Track and coach
Readiness and weak skills update after every interview. Add trainers to your team so they can see it too.

Students stay in control
Joining a batch is the student's choice, and they can leave at any time. You see scores, never what they said.
- You see readiness, skill scores and session scores
- Answers, recordings and resumes stay private to the student
- Leaving a batch stops sharing straight away
Start free with 5 students
Every institute starts on the free plan: up to 5 students, each with one free short mock interview (3 questions) and one resume review, once per person. A student who has already used theirs practices with their own credits.
